Is this an official service or does my local government certify the results?

No. The local government does not certify in any way this service or results. It is simply a tool to assist the public in finding relevant documents. The public should always refer to the original source document provided by the county.

What kind of data is available to me?

Only publicly available recorded documents are accessible. No other personal information is accessible from this system.

How accurate is this?

This tool is still under development and learning, so it will not be perfect all of the time. For instance, it might miss some documents or show you ones that aren't quite right. It's always a good idea to double-check with a professional or get the official record directly from your county.

What can I use this tool for?

The tool is particularly useful to find documents related to property ownership, transfers, liens, or anything else related to land records!

Why don't I always get the same results for the same question?

This tool uses super complex computer programs that learn from terabytes of text data. When you ask a question, it searches all of the data for the most likely answer. Sometimes, there can be more than one answer that seems likely, depending on how you ask the question, which is why it could return a slightly different answer.
